THE RANCH on Possum Kingdom is a gated Texas style ranch community, where your ranch house is your lake

The PENINSULA is the "heart of Possum Kingdom Lake." Our commercial lake district contains marinas, dry storage,

operations. Only a short distance away from these businesses are five public use areas with boat launches and
public beaches and adjacent lake lodges and motels. On occasion the Peninsula is populated with "weekend
warriors," but the full time residents still consist of mainly the abundant wildlife. Drive the tree and boulder lined
winding roads to a diverse mix of residences ranging from fine lake estates to nostalgic cabins. Because the
typography is so diverse there are gentle sloping private beach fronts as well as mountainside deep water shorelines.
Caddo
Most serene part of Possum Kingdom Lake. You have a great view of the lake from the very beginning of your drive to
this area, which makes it a real favorite to locals and visitors a like. Caddo is close to our famous Possum Kingdom
State Park, which is where you go if you forget supplies. While it is a little more remote by land, it is only minutes from
every thing by boat! You can be at one of your favorite water front restaurants in just 10 minutes! Caddo is also a
favorite place to ski or ride PWC's. Lots of smooth, deep water. Also a great area to catch a big bass or catfish!!!
